Chakra Balancing and Alignment
Chakra is a Sanskrit word that translates to Wheel. Your chakras are your seven primary energy centers of your body, starting at the base of your spine and reaches up to the crown of your head. Each Chakra corresponds to certain spiritual aspects and body parts as well as emotional and physical conditions.

When our chakras are open and balanced, energy can flow freely through our bodies and minds. When any of these energy centers are blocked, it leads to stagnation and can contribute to a variety of physical and spiritual ailments. If you are experiencing any recurring pain or stiffness, read along to see if a chakra imbalance could be the cause and find out how chakra balancing could help. Experiencing the natural flow of energy is your goal and the healthiest way to live your life!

As I tap into your energy and feel for how your Chakras are flowing I can sense where blocks may be and what to do to ease any restrictions.
I've included some information on each Chakra. Please let me know if you have any questions, mariehamminspired@gmail.com
